What is the cabbage soup diet?

Cabbage soup diet is just another weight loss program on the block that seems to be appealing as it ensures quick weight loss. However, there are not enough food choices in this diet and the amount of nutrients is also low, the diet fails to pick up pace.

The cabbage soup diet just involves the use of soup – drinking soup regularly along with some other foods. The choice however, is very limited. There aren’t any other recommendations like exercise, food habits, diet changes, behavioral tips or anything else that is usually contained in a weight loss program.  The only restriction is that the meals should be eaten indoors, that is at home, because the soups and preparations stated in the diet plan cannot be found in restaurants.

The best thing about this diet is that it ensures 10 pounds weight loss in just 1 week, and the dieters are only restricted up to 1 week on the meal pln. If they choose to lose more weight than that, they will be advised accordingly.  The diet is divided into 7 days meal plan with health combinations of fruit, tea, juices, soups and water. Restricting oneself to the diet can help in losing weight dramatically.
